Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in line with the Government advice, Cool Cribs Branch will temporarily be closed until further notice.

However, we are very much open for business and our remote team is working hard to make sure that all of our customers receive a high level of service either over the phone, by email or via our online platform. Whether you are looking for some advice or partway through a move, we remain here to support in any way we can.

Throughout this period, our staff will all be contactable from home during usual working hours (9:00-19:00) via email and office numbers.

Moving in to a property

We understand that many people will be in the middle of moving house and we will of course continue to facilitate this where it is safe to do so. Please contact us to confirm the move-in process.

Video Viewings

We have now stopped all physical viewings (unless otherwise confirmed) and replaced them with video viewings where possible. Video viewings will either take the form of pre-recorded videos being sent to you or by arranging a live viewing with the seller or landlord.

Virtual Market Appraisals

Even without stepping inside your property, our local experts can still give you a very accurate idea of how much your property could be sold or rented for. There are four options for you to choose from:

Live video walk-through – we provide you with a video conference link to show our local expert around your property
Recorded walk-through – send us a video of your property for us to evaluate
Telephone appraisal – set up a telephone appointment with our experts to talk about your property in detail
Desktop appraisal – provide us with basic details and our experts can give you an estimated price range
